Pizza Hut - Orangeville

Found plastic in food. call the load. terrible answer from manager. it didn't seem to care. will not go back

This pizza hat has the worst customer service I have seen in so long time. very disappointed and will not go here long and with my family divided in the opposite and also decided not to spend more money here. there are much too... many pizza places in orangeville that I miss on nothing.

Waited for a new pizza for over 20 minutes. no sorts. the waitress brought water at the beginning, but did not visit at all to bring more and when I tried to find the waitress, nobody was in sight.

Great atmosphere; friendly reception and service. good food! great prices. always reliable and piping-hot and fresh. love with my favorites when we visit! Comfort food best!

Wow, first time I ever read reviews and there are NO good or excellent reviews at all,.. something wrong here. I should have read the reviews first as I never would have gone. Every negative review is correct and I will never go here again....I was in town, was craving a cheese stuffed crust pizza to take home. Even though I did not see anyone in the restaurant just after the lunch hour, they seemed very busy in the kitchen. I changed a couple of ingredients on my pizza and ordered the supreme and I am sure there were only 4 ingredients on it and not the 10 that I paid for. The pizza was over cooked,..the crust was unappetizing with the cheese filling. After it gets cold and I warmed it up at home,..it was not eatable at all. In the end,...unfortunately about 80% of my expensive pizza ended up in the garbage. I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut again.
