Serving those who did not rush attentively to the customers felt basically as if our food had been thrown on the table when they ran past! had to ask for a second drink and never saw the original server after taking over our order. terrible tasteless eating and service!

Pleasantly surprised the last time that we visited the service was terrible, but the waitress that we got was very friendly and if she didn't know the answer she went to find out that eating was delivered quickly and hot over all a great experience. I wish I had the name of the waitress, but the young lady was fantastic. we will be coming back

A great disappointment. had the fajitas and huh cesar salat. in portions were a sweat in comparison to the price of eating. will not come back

3 of us ordered the same meal. Mushroom melt burger and Ceasar salad. The salad is an upgrade side. The salad had no flavour and was wilted. The worst ceasar salad that I have ever been served at a restaurant! The servers were very good and responsive. Changed our replacement sides to fries, onion rings and baked potato. Fries and rings came luke warm. They were again replaced with hot. Potato very dry. Hamburgers had way too much meat to enjoy with little flavour. No complaints about the service except that they should make sure fries sitting under a heat lamp are hot before serving. Booth seat was comfortable and large. Not sure if I will return with so many great options in Orangeville.
