Little Caesars Pizza - Orangevale

The worst customer service possible I just waited at the front counter for 15 minutes, so many crew members went with every recognition for my presence or the presence of the 5 other customers behind me waiting for service. When they finally decided that I was staring a lot, they told me that they can't accept walk-ins and only make an online order. I have worked in customer service for a long time and the fact that this is acceptable is crazy. You are 2 minutes drive from my house and this show of service no longer guarantees my business with this location

All right, so I tend to give people breaks, especially in service jobs, but honestly, this is the worst little Caesar 's. I can't tell you how often I had to wait extremely long for 1 classic hot and ready paprika. Today is the last day I will come here. Order at 7:05. He said it was finished at 7:25. It's 10 minutes too late at 7:35 and you tell me it's gonna be 10 minutes... there's no one left here. Over 40 minutes when I could have delivered this in less time from somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous. I'd rather go to Folsom. It's a Wednesday night, by the way. Hardly a busy day for her.

Order online, just to arrive and STILL wait 20 minutes for a classic paprika and classic cheese because they 't keep an easily available stock of their hot and ready selection. They offered no excuses instead went away from the counter and went to the back to prepare their chin on a box of pizzas to put in the warmer. Would NOT waste time, money or frustration.

One of the worst little Caesar? I saw. They never follow their posted hours of business, have no longer provided service several times.

I love little caesars but please start cooking the pizza all the way and slicing it all the way. Its not just once, its every time. Even if you ask them to cook it all the way and not pull it early, its still not cooked. Its just this one location on greenback probably because they're so busy and understaffed. Dont even try ordering breadsticks unless you want a wad of yummy dough.
