Zambrero - Orange

I like Zambrero as the food is fresh, nutritious and good value for money. I also congratulate the cafe for donating food to the needy.I mainly buy food to takeaway but have eaten lunch here several times. It is not the most comfortable place to sit and eat as the chairs are uncomfortable.

Absolutely love this place as it's fast healthy Mexican food. You can choose beans if you are a vegetarian. I go here often with my son. The prices are reasonable. Plus the organisation has a humanitarian approach to their business which is great to see as more businesses should be doing this.

We thought it would be fast and healthy. The menu choices were slightly confusing but reasonably generous and healthy. But it was packed with local school girls obviously out for the evening, and the staff (about the same age as the school girls) couldn't handle volume very easily - so we waited a long time for what was 'just so' food.

I'm a fan of Tex Mex food. Give me an enchillada on a plate covered in cheese, sour cream and guacomole and I'm in heaven.The ordering at Zambrero feels like Subway, making lots of choices while taking steps sideways. It looked like a Kebab when I got it and it was OK.I'd prefer an Ispa Kebab any day.

I enjoy the overall concept of Zambrero. I can purchase a delicious and affordable meal, leave feeling fully satisfied, savor every bite, and appreciate the use of eco-friendly napkins and plates. Additionally, I feel good knowing that my meal purchase also helps feed someone in need in the developing world. It's a perfect choice for busy evenings when after-school activities extend into dinner time.
