Parkview Hotel - Orange

Had dinners only in this pub, excellent helpful service, good wine selection and excellent steak and fries, cooked to perfection. good meals, would be for the steak n friten alone!

We're here last night on the way to dubbo. we were after a fast, no fuss meal and we got it. we ordered the theke and both went with fervent and maic, because we were tired and could not think, but I noticed one. many different options on the menu. we decided to sit outside and I must say it's really nice out there. inside seemed a bit common, but outside is simply beautiful with some nice lights and solid wood tables and benches, also some other tables arranged on astro-Turf. Bangers and masche were nice not to have it for years. I'm not a huge fan of boiled, but nabeby is and he has eaten mine too! we'll be back next time.

Such a disappointment. I was in this restaurant over the nine years I lived in orange, many paints. now it has changed and I am not impressed. no table service, no water delivered to the table, pay at a place where the cutlery serviettes are transferred. they wait for the personal to be lost. specials no longer on a board that is put on the table so that they go through. I never go back to this restaurant.

In these days, you book in times that fall to them, not those that fit you, so we have booked elsewhere. it's a pity that cocho would probably turn in his dig.

Just called in on my way through for a magnificent eye fillet steak and veg with a glass of Shiraz…. So good no sauce required. Sat in the front bar as traveling alone and the staff (mostly new) were friendly, the beers cold and the...meal was cooked to perfection!!!!! Well done Parkview been coming to Orange for over 25 years and never stopped in….. for no reason really will from now on !!!!
