Alfio's Pizzeria - Orange

The food at this restaurant is amazing. I especially love the pizzas, and my absolute favorite pasta dish is the tortellini alla panna (I recommend asking for extra Parmesan for even more flavor). While the customer service may not always be the best, I understand that they have been in business for years and deal with a lot of difficult customers, leading to high stress levels. They work hard to provide us with delicious meals, so I can overlook the occasional shortcomings in service.

The Bolognese dish was smaller than expected for a main course. The sauce lacked flavor and seasoning, and the pasta was overcooked. Despite requesting extra Parmesan, only a small amount was given that was barely noticeable. Considering the price, the dish was disappointing.

I had a very enjoyable lasagna and carbonara at this restaurant. I was pleased that there wasn't too much tomato flavor in the lasagna, as that can be disappointing. Both dishes had a classic flavor, which I believe is the best. Thank you to the restaurant for a great meal.

Been years since we ordered a fettuccine picante, ordered a couple today while we were back in town. Nice to see its as good as ever! throughly enjoyed it and will back for more.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Alfios. Can't speak highly enough of them. Absolute perfection. Been ordering the same pizza and pasta the whole 20 years. Love it.
