Kfc - Orange Township

Ordered a 12 piece chicken tender meal with three sides side one was mashed potatoes and gravy they did not give me gravy side two was coleslaw which was okay side three was mac and cheese which is stale with signs of it sitting out all day long and the biscuits hard stale gross and the chicken tenders were overcooked dry and hard this experience is not the first bad experience I've had with this location of the KFC I will not shop there again I will tell my friends not to go there anymore The food is terrible sits all day probably longer than what it should per health code and I'm pretty sure I'm going to mention it to the health department for the city of Columbus I would give this a negative 5 at this food it's terrible and gross no one should have to eat this food for paying what you paid

I asked for a coupon book that was on counter, from the start the old white lady gave me attitude, she said it was a dollar, I said ok, I asked if they had MILITARY DISCOUNT, since coupon book went towards MILITARY FAMILIES, she said NO. As I was eating I googled KFC MILITARY DISCOUNT, KFC does give MILITARY DISCOUNT, I called her over and showed her , she came to my table with attitude, no we don't, its a franchise, we do not. She stated. I called after I left and talked with manager, he was no help!! It's OK if they don't offer, I have money, but maybe the next VETERAN might not, these people are a disgrae.The receipt said ,cashier, RAYMOND SPARKS, but the cashier with the attitude was a thin white woman, could've been a man!! NO DISRESPECT!! , SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!! JUST BECAUSE I ASKED FOR MILITARY DISCOUNT!!!! MY MILITARY FRIENDS AND I WILL NEVER STEP IN THIS KFC AGAIN!! THE CASHIER AND MANAGER ARE A DISCRASE!!! NEED HELP FINDING THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE!! I HOPE THEY FIX THIS PEOPLE'S ATTITUDE PROBLEM!! THE MEXICAN WOMAN working there , couldn't speak to me because the one with attitude wouldn't let her!! COME ON KFC ,YOU ARE BETTER THAN THAT!!!Parking: DISABLED VETERAN!!

I was really upset with the chicken that I had from there today, it was really greasey and was burnt, and the chicken pieces were like rocks. I work for KFC year ago when did they start using heavy grease wo do their chicken? Sorry very bad chicken today. I t was like they put cold fried chicken in the fryer to heat it up, need to retrain your staff and manager if they allow this to be done. we got the $20 box with fries and chicken.Parking: Lewis Center off of Polaris

Just got a chicken sandwich and the sauce smelled like vomit. Please avoid this KFC location not sure what the employees are doing to mess with you. Truly disgusting.
