Red Lobster Orange Park

Do not rely on OpenTable for reservations at Ted Lobster as they do not use this platform. However, the waitress promptly seated us and we had a pleasant dining experience.

I ordered the Salmon New Orleans, which was delicious, but unfortunately, my husband and father-in-law both ordered crab legs that were almost inedible. The crab legs had no flavor, the shells were too soft, and the meat was falling apart in small pieces. It seemed like they were either overcooked or reheated. We have dined at this restaurant many times without any problems, but the last few times the crab legs were terrible. The service and other dishes were still good, so we will give it another try, but we will be avoiding the crab in the future.

Our appetizer was mistakenly given to another table at Red Lobster despite being told twice by the waitress that it was coming. The onsite manager offered to comp the appetizer when our main dinner arrived, but we declined. The manager also stated that it wasn't the waitress's fault, but we were more concerned with ensuring the correct food reached our table rather than assigning blame.

Once seated everything was very good…quick friendly service and tasty food…I will say we waited at the restaurant for almost 1.5 hours after we arrived even though we had added our name to the OpenTable sit 30mins before arriving and being told it was going to be 15 mins

Shared time with family, haven’t been in awhile , thought it would be good value for 6 but probably could have done better with food somewhere else for the price.Glad open table providing points, plus there was no wait for seating, service good except silverware wait.
