Funrolls Ice Cream Boba - Orange City

I stopped by Wingstop to pick up some food for my daughter and happened to notice a rolled ice cream shop next door. At first, I was unsure about trying it, but I decided to go in for some ice cream. I'm so glad I did! The ice cream was fantastic. I ordered the strawberry flavor with white chocolate and strawberry boba, and it was delicious!

The worst ice cream and smoothie I have ever tasted in my life.

The ice cream was tasty, but way too overpriced for the size of the serving. The server was very indifferent, aloof seemingly was bothered with my questions. 3 people came in after me. I had to wait for her to take their orders serve them first before she got back to me. She was way more animated with them. So I assume they were friends. Very unprofessional. I had higher expectations, when I paid. I did not have cash for a tip, so I left 15%. I was unable to change that as you pay first. I went in there on this past Saturday around 2:30. Only one server was working. Maybe the other was on a break. I won't go back. . .because it is too overpriced. The rest was very disappointing I hope the owner at least retrains the server, or finds better help

When she finally got around to taking orders, she continued her phone conversation, which was really frustrating. I asked for tapioca and was informed it would take another 10 minutes to prepare. By that point, I had already waited 10 minutes, and it just didn’t seem worth it, so I decided to leave. I found it quite rude that she ignored customers while on the phone and didn’t even offer a quick “I’ll be right with you!" if the call was that important. In the end, I went to Face Tea instead to satisfy my boba craving.

We didn't know what funrools are and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious and fresh the ice cream is. Your ice cream made in front of you with fresh fruit and no artificial ingredients. The price was higher than some ice cream shops but, the quality and experience made it well worth the price. The portions are generous and I have paid more for premium ice cream many times. Two thumbs up!
