Zito's Pizza - Orange

We ordered 2 pizzas, salad and beer. it took 55 minutes to get our second pizza spicy huh. they said they had to do that because they didn't pretend earlier on the day. we had to ask twice where our second pizza was. the food was great, but the service and long wait were very unacceptable. they offered us garlic knots as consultation price and we spent over $75 and put money in the games. we must not return.

I have always loved Zitos for their delicious food, but today was a disappointing experience. They forgot to put sauce in my calzone, which is a crucial component. Additionally, my chicken dish was overcooked. I returned both dishes politely, but it took them 30 minutes to bring replacements which were identical to the first ones. I'm not sure if it was due to discrimination or just carelessness. It's frustrating to pay for a service that is not done properly. Something needs to change.

The pizza smelled so delicious that I couldn't wait to come home and take a bite. The staff was friendly and my order was ready in just 15 minutes. I enjoyed taking a few slices with me to enjoy later as well!

Great. Ordered the small crispy salad and it was packed so full I could hardly eat it all. Delicious. Granddaughter is assistant manager.

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent, and my son enjoys playing the arcade games there. The pizza is of medium thickness, though I personally prefer thin crust. Unfortunately, they only offer one style of crust. Overall, the pizza is very good; almost great.
