Villa Dolce - Orange

We arrived at the restaurant at 9:52 PM on Saturday. I had checked their closing time before heading over, and when we got there, they informed us that they were closed. This is very disappointing customer service.

The staff at this restaurant seemed inexperienced and struggled to operate the equipment. They also appeared unfamiliar with their own menu. Overall, the place could use a thorough cleaning, as it didn't seem very appealing.

The Vietnamese coffee gelato was absolutely delicious! I definitely plan to return for more sometime in the future.

I visited on a whim and left extremely happy. The lemon cream gelato was absolutely delicious! They offer a great selection of flavors and plenty of toppings. Definitely worth a stop for a delightful treat!

The selection of frozen yogurt is smaller than what I've encountered at most other places. The yogurt machines are also quite slow, and one of the machines was out of order. There were signs instructing customers to pull the handle up after serving themselves, but the lack of small tasting cups, which are a standard feature at other frozen yogurt shops, was disappointing. Instead, you have to request yogurt cups from the staff behind the counter. While one employee occasionally wiped down part of the machine, none of the spilled yogurt on the floor was cleaned up. It seems the cups are kept behind the counter to prevent theft, which is understandable but adds an inconvenience for customers. Overall, the place did not appear to be well maintained.
