Tamaleria Rincon Sinaloense - Orange

I visited the restaurant based on the reviews, but I was disappointed with the food. The masa lacked flavor and was too greasy. The corn tamales were soggy and lacked texture, and they were overly sweet. The sweet tamales were just too sweet for my taste. The chicken and carne de res were okay, but I've definitely had better elsewhere.

The tamales here are absolutely delicious, with a fantastic consistency and size. My favorites are the corn and chicken tamales. The champurrado also has the ideal texture—not too watery or too thick. The only area for improvement is their customer service; I prefer to order online rather than in person because the ladies at the counter often come across as if they’re just doing me a favor by taking my order and processing my payment.

Best tasty tamales I have had in Orange area. Masa is tasty and moist and their tamales are always fresh, never over cooked or soggy. Love the Chile and cheese tamales. Parking: Never had a problem with finding a parking space.

Great place for homemade tamales. People complain of the price but these are handmade so expect to pay more than Costco. The pork and chicken are my favorites.Food: 5/5
