Pizza Hut - Orange

The pizza was significantly overcooked and didn't taste good at all.

I ordered pepperoni, but I received something else. It was alright, though the drink was good.

I truly feel for the staff and don’t want to complain about them at all—they’re doing a great job under tough circumstances. It’s clear they need more help. I even witnessed a situation where the shopkeeper was on the phone with customers who had placed orders, asking if they could come pick them up or if they would have to wait a little longer because things were so busy. I believe employees and corporate policies should be aligned, but that’s just my opinion. If you've read this far, you deserve a medal! I'll post more later. The staff may be new, but they are doing their utmost to provide great service. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the manager is always available to address any issues that may arise. I will definitely return!

I live in Comfort, Orange, VA, and I was looking for a place to grab lunch within walking distance. I discovered Pizza Hut, and I was impressed with their excellent service and tasty food. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quick bite and delicious pizza!
