Hello Noodle - Orange

Vietnamese soups, banh mi other familiar offerings served in a low key, homey environment. So absolutely delicious and our waitress was the most kind, personal, and generous I have ever had at a restaurant they even gave everyone in the restaurant a delicious complimentary dessert for no reason, felt like family! New favorite : Such friendly service and great food, had the Shaken Beef with garlic noodles. We will definitely be returning. Great service and Atmosphere with Affordable Prices.. United Rose is on my way home from work, in a small strip of businesses along a sort of industrial part of Lincoln Ave. I have been passing it for two years and never even noticed it until fellow Yelper Julie L gave them a raving review a couple months ago. Yesterday I decided to pick it up for dinner after work. I loved that I could place my order on the Yelp app. Even through they are closed between 3 4, I placed the order at 3:45 and they had my food ready by 4:20 when I arrived. I walked in and the friendly lady said my name and handed me my food. No nonsense here, that's what I like! Their prices are great, I ordered the Filet Mignon Pho, and two orders of egg rolls (chicken and pork shrimp, because I wanted to try both kinds) and it was only $20 for all three items! I got home, and was finally ready to eat around 5. The broth was still piping hot, no need to reheat it. The portion is massive! Enough for two meals! I put everything in a huge mixing bowl (i'm classy) and squeezed in the lemon and lime provided. The broth didn't need anything else, it was so flavorful! I really enjoyed this Pho, the meat was incredibly tender and had great flavor, the broth was absolutely exquisite. It was the perfect amount of rice noodles, green onions, white onions, and cilantro. I did add some of the basil. They also provided a large amount of bean sprouts, but I am not a fan, so I left those out. It was just so perfect. The egg rolls were also amazing. I can't pick a favorite between the two fillings I got. They are a good size, very crispy outside, and very juicy inside. The sauce served with them was good, but I didn't even need it. I still have egg rolls leftover, and I intend on enjoying them tonight. United Rose is going straight to the top of my list for places to pick up food from after work when I don't feel like cooking.

This is such a wonderful, adorable place! If you're in the area looking for some Vietnamese food, this is worth checking out. It is easy to overlook because of the location, but the inside is so cute, clean, and the owner is so friendly and bubbly. Her warmth brought smiles to our faces (even though we were all masked). We got fresh rolls(2 shrimp and pork and 2 pork patties). They are packed and freshly made! Perhaps because of the name of the restaurant, perhaps because she saw we are a couple...there are little roses in the packaging too! (Some topped because I manhandled it hehe). She even threw in a little dessert, so sweet! I saw an international sweets stand for people to take from, but because of COVID, it was covered to not be touched. Still, such a nice touch! Hope to come again when we are in the area!

Sad to hear this place closed. I feel like I just found a decent pho spot. I was hoping they were just remodeling :
