Dave Buster's Orange

Went to watch NFL game. Made reservations a week in advance. And got sat behind a big pillar where I couldn’t see the TV. I asked my server if it was okay to move to a different table and he said yes. 20 minutes later a hostess I believe her name was Sophia. She had the worst attitude any employee could have. She came over to my table and made me pick up all my stuff and drinks so she can sit a bigger party at that table. The real issues was the way she spoke to us and didn’t offer to help us or find us a different table. She just said go talk to someone else and tell them you need a new table. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any place. When I asked to speak to the manager he offered to sit me down at another table but it would take a while while they figure stuff out mean while we were standing around with our drinks in our hands. After that experience I denied the table and definitely won’t be visiting Dave Busters ever again. They just need to hire respectful and helpful people. And Sophia was the total opposite of that in every aspect.

We went to celebrate my son's 27th birthday. Overall, it was just okay. The food was disappointing, and the service was mediocre. However, it was the place my son wanted to visit, and he enjoyed spending time with his siblings, which is what truly mattered. We might consider trying Round 1 next time.

The food was disappointing, and the service was lacking. We were a party of nine, and the kids' chicken fingers were hard and inedible, while the fries were cold. The flat pizza was anything but flat. The hot wings tasted like they came straight from a frozen package. I won't be returning.

I had a great experience overall, and while the food was decent, it would have been better if they hadn't removed the barbecue items from the menu. Additionally, it seemed like the menu had shrunk quite a bit. However, the staff was fantastic and very helpful. The games were okay too.

Attended a going away party for a co-worker, food took forever to come out, service was very slow, only had 1 waiter for 20+ people who was also serving 2 other tables. The flat bread was so undercooked that the cheese was still stressed (not melted) and the dough was so undercooked, it stretched like raw pizza dough. Brussel sprouts were still rock hard, not cooked much...overall very different from how it used to be. The improvements to the dinning area were nice and very new looking. Wish we were covered more at the table. I finally told the waiter to just leave a pitcher of drinks so we didn't have to wait so long, but was denied.
