Amarith Cafe Bakehouse - Orange

Today I had a bad experience at this place, honestly I fell out, I wait for my order for more than 20 minutes, order after mine, where from the second, and mine was never ready, it was just a sandwich. I felt kind of discriminated, and the other people were nurses, businessmen, etc. I'm just a normal person, I went to the bank and wanted to taste her, it looked good. Before ordering I heard that the cashier told the other girl, we need to make sure that her food is fast, most of them take only 30 minutes lunch. I told myself, hey, this is a good customer service, but the result was different, I understand the process, everything I say is that they all need to treat the same way and not get favorite customers working through their title or on the same building, I just wanted to share my thoughts about it because even after my refund of my order and not getting my food, ever, the cash didn't pay attention to me for a long time and I apologize. Thank you.

Sabrina and the crew are AMAZING and treat you like family!!!! We are in from Missouri and have been in OC for a month due to my daughter having brain surgery at CHOCS. This is our family away from home! We just love this place and eat here daily. They have been so good to us, making my daughter her favorite peanut butter cookies and giving them to her before her surgery! The food is top notch and the workers are beyond amazing! I heard the owners are very family oriented people and care for their employees. It really shows! You guys are the best and we need more places/people like this in the world!!!!Louis

The food is good. Service not so great. One of the staff members with a cross tattoo on the back of her neck has a serious attitude problem. Everyone else is amazing.

Those flavors are my favorites, and the food was delicious. It doesn't matter whether you're having breakfast, lunch, or dinner; you'll enjoy it! The portions are generous, and the establishment is still relatively fresh. The place has a cool vibe, with college students working in study groups and tourists stopping in for a bite to eat. This coffee shop has the finest coffee, and the desserts are to die for!
