Highlander - Opole

Very specific place, for the ones who love beer and loud talks. The outside place is wonderful though. For certain seasons, though. Summer is the best one definitely. Prices are nice, staff is friendly. Not lot of things to eat, but drink only. One of the few places which work until late hour, that`s a huge advantage.

Been visiting the highlander since I first visited Poland nearly 20 years ago. Of course the clientele have got younger and I haven't gotten any older : Range of nice beers and always good music unfortunately not live. Nice in Summer, you can sit by the Odra river.

Easily one of the best places to grab a drink with your mates on a weekend. Nothing fancy, a bit underwhelming in terms of beer selection but very fair prices and a decent range of whiskey. Good music, slightly lacking interior but a beautiful river view from the outside seating.

Trust me, this place is beautiful. Autumn made it more beautiful
