Ruby's Crawfish Hut - Opelousas

We had a great experience with Ruby's! We contacted Mark about a month or two before our wedding, so that we could organize the catering. They were friendly and patient with our many requests, and were able to accommodate almost all of them.On the day of our wedding they came down to boil on site and we had the most fantastic time in part thanks to them.Of course, having them come out on site costed a little extra but it was well worth it. Really great boiled crawfish and the flavor was seasoned extremely well !!!!!

If you haven’t tried the boiled shrimp at Ruby’s, you are missing out! Butterflied and so easy to peel! Absolutely delicious!

I picked up the Boiled Shrimp today, Valentines Day! They were AMAZING!!!!
