Dominoe's Pizza - Opelousas

The delivery times are so lengthy that I've decided to stop ordering from this restaurant altogether.

I've been a customer here for years, but my most recent pizza order was incredibly disappointing. It was so greasy that it turned soggy and practically inedible. The grease even leaked onto the outside of the box and ended up staining my Cadillac seats. I'm really frustrated. I reached out to them for a refund, but they've ignored my request for two days now. It's clear they received my email but have chosen to disregard it. So, since they won't respond to me, I will share my experience here. This is completely unacceptable, and I won't be ordering from them again. Just take a look at how greasy the bottom of the box is compared to the others. I believe a refund is warranted—this is just too gross. Save yourself the trouble and don't order here unless you want to ruin your nice car seats and face the possibility of not receiving a refund for food that's clearly unfit to eat.

Ordered two pizzas and the first one was wrong. I live in church point, got all the way home and saw my pizza had only tomatoes and spinach on it. Called the store and told them, I was told I had to bring the pizza back because Trey had to see it. I calledback , asking to speak to a manager and offering to send a picture and trey said the he will give store credit, before I couldask any questions Trey hung up on me. Trey is about as useful as a sliding glass door on a submarine. Trey just cost you ourbusiness.

If you're looking for a dirty dining experience, this is the place for you. Expect to find bugs and mouse droppings in your food. Let's not even get started on the delivery girl, who has a single blackened tooth and looks like she hasn't brushed her hair in ages. To top it off, she carries a strong smell that suggests she hasn’t taken a bath in a while, and it’s mixed with the scent of alcohol and weed. I’ve also heard that if you don’t have a driver’s license, they will still hire you as a delivery person. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I?ve only ordered thrice now but every time it?s been as I requested and a very short wait time! Proud of those chefs and workers that get this delicious pizza to my home! (Drunk af so I might be lying)
