I had a 25.00 gift card but still had to pay 50.00 more for 1/2 ham, but it was delicious, just very expensive!

Went a week before Thanksgiving to place and pay for an order and was told that they didn 't accept orders for what we needed and to come at 9:00am on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My husband arrived to a line wrapped around the building and a very rude manager who said you couldn 't even get in the store without a reservation and What do you people think you are doing without a reservation before Thanksgiving. This contradicts both the corporate website and what the employee told us when we attempted to make a reservation.

The staff was very helpful when inquiring about holiday meals. Also had the club sandwich for lunch. It was really good and fresh

The cashier there said they don’t honor the rewards program. She to me I would have to go Montgomery or Birmingham in order to be able to use my points.

The staff always goes above and beyond! Great food as well as a clean and payed back dining environment. Come and eat with us!!
