Contribuiți la feedbackI had gone out for lunch with my boyfriend at the Flying Biscuit. Once we were seated, our server came up without any greeting and said “what do you want to drink”. We continued with our meal until my boyfriend had spilt his water. She gave us a couple napkins and ran off. The napkins were not soaking up anything and she left us there with a wet table covered in ice without offering to help. Once we were finished it nearly took her 15 minutes to finally come back to get to go boxes and cups. I have been to this establishment many times but I unfortunately have never received service like Alicia has provided.
My first time visiting the Flying Biscuit, but it won't be my last.
We came in for breakfast on a recommendation while we were waiting for our pet to been seen at the University. We were seated promptly and our waitress was attentive. I have to say it’s a bit pricey for breakfast though; overcooked bacon and eggs. The creamy dreamy grits were really good; do not add additional cheese to the grits. Only wish the waitress had been a little more versed with the menu items as to mention and not charge the additional .99. Did not try the biscuit as I’m not a fan of biscuits coated with butter or sugar. Disappointing experience and will probably not return.
Went back to try again from a bad experience 3 weeks ago. meals were horrible, manager Gregg came out and apologized and said they never mess up like this and was genuinely concerned and nice.Well yesterday 1/18/24 was worse, chicken tenders ice cold in the middle, wife's grit bowl barley warm, potatos hard as a brick with no taste. Just gross!2nd attempt was no better on the club sandwich, it's clesr the cook doesn't care. This isn't good for the waitress staff because they have to be the front line while the cook sits back in hiding and continues to push out gross lazy food. The nane of the restaurant is called flying biscuit, I promise our biscuit couldn't fly if you put it on a plane! Hard as a brick.New name should be break your teeth biscuit! So so good 6 months ago but people don't want to work out take pride anymore!
Great fresh food and clean restaurant! Service was excellent as well! Make sure you ask for Kennedy!Parking: It is located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking available.Kid-friendliness: This is a very family friendly restaurant. The menu has great options for children as well.
