Sonic Drive-in - Opelika

I don't expect five-star service from a food stall—no one really should. However, when I approached Stall 3 to place my order, I waited a few minutes before being informed that it was out of order and I'd need to try another stall. I then moved to Stall 6 and waited another 15 minutes. After a total of 27 minutes, I was finally able to place my order on the terrace, but only after tracking down a staff member. I inquired about which stalls were operational and received no offer or apology regarding the inconvenience. I was simply told to head to the terrace. After a total wait of 30 minutes, I was finally able to place my order.

Note: this situation does not make limade drinks right. a sonic limonade is sprite or sprite zero and lime fruit. that's it. this position brings the limonadensluschsirup in limonaden drinks. this is a problem because 1) it is toothy sour, not pleasant as with real limettes in sprite (zero) and 2) they get a whole amount sugar in what should drink a zero calorie diet when they order diet. this is not a one-time problem, either that is literally the standing, trained procedure at this place, and only this place bad.

They are so ratchet and unprofessional at these places that I order a water and a **** or wait for 15 minutes and still wait! When I pushed the red light again, a girl stared at me on the outside and was so rude! the people began to go to the door for their commands!

We had to wait a very long time until our order came to us. When it was, the carhop told us nothing, just gave us the food, then told us that the payment in the menu did not work when we skipped our card. I said I had to check my bank to check, so I wasn't charged twice. she just turned around and went away without saying anything. we didn't know if she came back or not. we decided to wait so that we could make sure we paid for the food, and while we did, decided to have a few tons. good man, they were hard like a rock. I took one up and pushed him and all the ding exploded literally and went over me and my car. When the carhop finally came back, we asked for fresh bags. she only drank something that took the ticket and left, we had to wait a long time while the rest of our food was cold. she finally came back, we said we thank you and she just swallowed herself and left. we came home and the rest of the food was disgusting. I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. there is a problem every single time and it is the longest auto-dru alert I've ever experienced. this place sucking what is disappointing because I love sonic, only not this.

Good decent food! not too long on the wait..however Customer Service could be a lot better mainly with JoJo or JJ?that took our order. not professional at all. Rushing us with our orders. sassy attitude.
