First they need to organize the parking lot better and drive through lines. bring a person outside to direct vehicles and prevent parking cars from being blocked. second, make it clear that there is no eating. thirdly, our big macs were just lukewarm and one of them had a Stale bunge. fourth, the pommes were either understated or sat too long and their cripples were lost. why don't they think like a customer and make this a more pleasant experience?

We arrived at 1042. we waited 15 minutes. No one would answer the loudspeaker box. I saw 6 cars take off. I moved to the first window and no one was there. I saw the car before me the second window and the order moved. I moved into the window and waited 5mintues. No came into the window. I moved back and there stood a guy in the loudspeaker box and told the girl in the box that the shops close by 1030 and the menus stay in the whole night. no, where on the building it was known that the load closes around 1030. Why is the autofront of me in the line around 1058 when they close at 1030? this was not the only unfortunate experience at this place.

My wife ordered 1 lg unsweetened tee, was said it would be a few minutes as it was brewed. my wife said it was okay because she already had an egg in her travel cup. we were asked to move forward where another car has already been waiting. then asked for a pick-up place. we waited about thirty minutes before it was brought out. she poured it into her cup and took a big drink. almost spit it into the car. it was sweet tee. she went in and told them what happened. she gave a new drink. she tried it first, again, it was sweeter tee. the manager went to the back and got the right one, because the employees repeatedly accused themselves of the mistake, and a hired man stopped the whole time on the phone. this whole drama for a drink. will not use this mcdonald’s long.

I thought it was fast eating. sit here 20 minutes for 4 Mc chickens and a big fry

Food was good and fresh, service was acceptable, drive through was quick despite there being a full line. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was no napkins in my bag after ordering 3 happy meals and 3 regular meals. But definitely one of the better McDonalds locations in the state as far as my experience with the franchise goes.
