The food here is excellent for the price, especially the 6 Shooter beef tips. I've visited the bar a few times, and while some items haven't impressed me, others are a fantastic value. For instance, the roasted chicken is delightful, and they offer a variety of interesting daily specials. Despite the extensive menu, there's something for every adventurous palate. My top recommendation is definitely the 6 Shooter, which consists of diced sirloin steak. They prepare the steak fresh in-house, and I appreciate this cost-effective touch. It's incredibly tender and juicy almost every time I order it. For just a few dollars more than typical fast food, you get a baked potato (oven-baked, not microwaved) with a full selection of toppings, your choice of mushroom gravy or peppers and onions, Texas toast with unlimited bread, and dessert—all for just $6. I also tried the ribeye, but I was underwhelmed, even considering the low price. I’ve dined at a location in Dalton, where the chefs seem to perform a bit better. At the Ooltewah location, though, I've noticed that if you order your steak medium rare, it often comes out rare. They also tend to be a bit heavy-handed with the salt compared to other locations. In summary, while you shouldn't expect five-star dining here—it's not a $50 per plate kind of place—the value for your money is excellent. The 6 Shooter beef tips in Chattanooga are among the best options you’ll find. Anyone who orders these will likely be satisfied; otherwise, they might just not appreciate a good deal. I couldn’t make this meal at home for the same price!

The service was excellent, and the newly renovated dining area is clean and inviting. The salad bar and dessert bar offered a great variety. However, the vegetables were overcooked, resulting in a soft and mushy texture.

I always enjoy this restaurant. The steak is fantastic, especially the 8oz ribeye. The potatoes are consistently large, much better than those at Red Lobster. The staff is friendly and attentive, and we were in and out within an hour. My only complaint is that they never have crushed ice for the drinks. The vanilla milkshake was served pre-mixed, which was a bit disappointing. However, I will definitely return because the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Good food--similar to a Golden Corral. They have a salad bar buffet option that is a great lower priced option if you want to eat more healthfully. Quality is great, and they keep the place looking good. General buffet is great too. I do wish they'd make their desserts less sweet. Way too much sugar.
