Southern Burger Co. Ooltewah

Me and a friend group went in, had a nice lunch together. It was only nice because I was amongst great friends. I ordered a beer with 3 other tables around 2 pm, and it took over 15 minutes. Our waiter was definitely high and was very slow moving and didn?tseem to care to get us any refills. I had one beer and he didn?t care to ask if I wanted another nor did he come by and check onus one time. He didn?t check on us for so long that when my friends food didn?t come out with the rest we had Finished eatingbefore he appeared from the back so we could wave him down. The food is ?good? but not insane. Go across the street to Shane?srib shack for better prices, better service and way better food. Half the wait time or less too.

Great atmosphere, awesome staff poor cook skill. Asked for a medium (light pink) got rare/raw. Most likely too high on the heat and lack timing... tots were good and the milkshake. I'm a fatty so I'm eating it still bacon jam is great but again cookneeds to do better on the patties.

Today was the first time we had a chance to try Southern Burger Co.,and we had a great experience! Alyssa was our server, and she was a very sweet and prompt server. She held everything down very well despite any short servers. My husband and I had theSouthern Burger and let me advise that I am not really a burger gal, but it was hands down tasty! The tenders and fries tastedyummy as well! It's nice to be able to go out impromptu for lunch and have a nice experience ????. Thanks again Alyssa and Dustyfor giving us kind service, which is rare these days.?? We will be back!

First time ever going and we did take out. There was both positives and negatives. Positives were the tatchos, fried chicken sandwich, and brussel sprouts were great. Negatives were that I picked the food up but didn't do the order. I got back and wastold I should have been given three drinks. I was not given any drinks but we did in fact pay for them. My burger was orderedwell done but it was still very pink so I didn't eat it. I tried a few bites but ended up just throwing it out. Probably won'treturn since order was messed up even with a 18% tip for take out.

Love the food. It keeps me coming back. The service since management change dropped my reviews from a four to a two star. And this is really the efficiency of being able to seat parties. Poor experience here for the last two visits. Dustin is a greatserver but I almost didn?t meet him as we were looked over to be seated. Remain patient if you visit. If you do you will enjoythe food.
