Only the dough is correct. In the end there is no miracle: it is really not good! It's crazy to squeeze the quality of the ingredients to save a few cents and produce pizzas of such poor quality. There is also a serious ventilation problem in this pizzeria: we find ourselves infused, and our clothes come out imbibed with an unpleasant smell of fat. I'm sorry I've been there. In a word: beurk!

For almost 20 euros if you are not able to garnish a pizza as it should, change jobs or give way to someone who likes doing this job. For much less is better, and in terms of quantity we are very well served at the pizza kiosk in Amboise it is worth the 15 minute drive!
