As soon as we arrived at the place for our 8:00 reservation, we were told that they were closed. I told the manager I have a reservation and you don't close by 9. He said they closed early because of the super bowl.

The ambience was great. And Don was the best cook!! He visited our needs, changed the taste game with lemon and had squeaking eggs. Hey. If we come back, we'll ask him. It was the perfect date night. Thank you.

Cook was inexperienced, did not know the difference between soy and teriyaki sauce. Over saturated every single thing that touch the hibachi with salt and pepper. First time at the Ontario location and most definitely the last.

Had a reservation for 6:30 we didn’t get seated until 7 something. At one point we didn’t see our server for almost 30 mins. Kept waiting for her to come out so we could ask for a refill. The chef was awesome friendly though!

My team had a hibachi room. We had 2 waiters, but neither one knew what the other was doing and kept forgetting drink and food items. Everyone ordered hibachi, but one person. They never brought our soup or salad to the table before the meal and didn’t bring them at all/ The hibachi chef was underwhelming, he didn’t do anything special. 2 of us ordered white rice and they forgot that as well- we had to ask. We also had a birthday that we requested a special dessert, they forgot the dessert and brought it after we paid and as we stood up to leave.
