Taco Bell - Ontario

I am thankful for the employees who work there past 11 PM. They do such a fine job 95 percent of the time after hours. My food is fresh! And this Taco Bell makes their food correctly. This is my favorite Taco Bell to go to.

I visited this location on 3/4/22. My order was wrong; I went back 3/8/22 9:21 p.m. Michelle H took my order and told her what happened. she related the issue to the manager in charge. The manager apologized and replaced the order. I also ordered more items; they were really nice and professional, and you don't see this type of treatment often. They need to be recognized for the outstanding service .

There are now responsible adults working. Orders are filled correctly and good customer service. No more game playing with orders, no more nasty looks, no more blm face masks... let's see how long this lasts. Do not hire the kind of people you hired last time!

I would have given a 5 star rating but their kiosk never seems to work thus spending time that could have been more effectively used to order your food.

This cannot be by mistake... I truly do believe that this Taco Bell location is on a mission to redefine the customer experience of going to a Taco Bell. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and are extremely efficient. The tables and chairs are all kept diligently clean, as well are the restrooms. Even the fountain drink machine is constantly kept clean by the staff! There are two automated kiosks that you can order from, and of course the staff is also happy to take your order. They’ll call you by name when you’re order is ready, and even offer a water cup if you did not purchase a soft drink. Little things like that really elevate the level of service at this fast food location. The condiments are regularly restocked and the trash areas are clean and do not smell. The music is of really good “old school” taste and is not too loud nor too soft. Believe it or not but this place actually has a really “chill” ambience! To boot each and every customer is given a farewell when leaving. Great work to the management and of course the amazing staff here, who unlike typical staff at fast food joints, actually look like they enjoy their job and take it seriously. They really hit it out of the park here!
