I just ordered cheese bread sticks and asked the cashiers how long the only ones there were in the heating oven they didn't know that they asked if I made fresh and they did it, but gave me my change from a $5 bill I didn't get Pennies all Pennies not to fond of cheesy bread too much garlic seasoned salt or whatever they put on them too much not satisfied?
It is regrettable that I have to give a single star to be able to evaluate this terrible place. On 3 different occasions, my family and I had a terrible experience. It is above all the lack of customer service. I really want to go to the district manager. My last experience was with the manager Brittney, she worked together with 3 others in the back. My husband has placed an online order at 20:10. I came at 8:40 and my two pizzas were not ready. I was told 20 minutes. 30 minutes later there were 6 customers and they said no one came out to take orders or explain a delay. My order was never placed in the oven and I got my refund (lost an hour of my time). The manager said again and again: I do the best I can.. When she really was? This place needs someone with experience to run a business to fix it. You?ll lose many customers if they don't change and fix their problem.

I ordered on the app and my food was basically done when it said it would be... but that's not the problem. Why would somebody do this?!? My first pizza was a little undercooked but my second pizza was soggy, undercooked, and soaked in jalapeño juice. All I asked for was some jalapeños, not a whole jar! I'll never come to this location again. Absolute dumpster of a Little Ceasars.
