Contribuiți la feedbackThe woman at the cashier, named Andrea was very rude. She refused to speak English and even though I spoke to her in Spanish she still didn 't get my order right. I ordered two 3 piece spicy chicken strips combo and she charged me up for one. When she gaveme my change back it was the change for only one order and the receipt was also for one. She rudely blamed me for ordering wrongwhen even the person I was with witnessed me order two. She got bothered and didn 't want to ring me up. When i gave her themoney for the second order, she refused to take it. She said she couldn 't because she didn 't have any change. My first job wasfast food and we never EVER refuse service to anyone because of lack of change. There is always change, even with the shortage . She looked at me and my friend up and down and was rude the entire time and refused to speak English eventhough weboth talked to her in english. She automatically rang our order as Carry out but we were dining in. Andrea is a terrible fastfood customer service worker and jack in the box should reconsider her position at jack in the box. Side note: this jack in thebox has dirty tables and floors
Very good service, fresh food, better pricing than other jack in the box nearby. Kind worker went above the call of duty ... I'll be back ... Thanks
It's eating. realistically I try to find out why I come back is it the price? not really maybe the convenientness of the situation my lunch break, but I get in the regular bubble core after eating her ware I am sure it has to make something addictive, what is added to her eating. crack n der jack?
The place is clean and the crew is nice, I ordered a small frying no salt and vegetables only from the buck and rice bowl that there was also me great the bathroom is clean
Not 24hrs anymore, I would go at 1am after work. Can't even go for break time at 10pm either, not sure what time they close but Google says midnight. Disappointing.
