I usually place orders with you, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a hand-breaded chicken combo meal, and while everything else was fine, the sandwich itself was just a piece of meat wrapped in lettuce. I'm not sure if I will order from you again.

I don't mean to come off as difficult, but I’ve noticed that the new staff really seems to be struggling. I ended up having to pay extra for what we ordered, and they forgot to put some items on my hamburger. I miss the way things used to be—my burger doesn’t taste the same anymore. They really need to hire more professional staff.

I had a great experience, and I absolutely love their raspberry tea—it's delightful! I highly recommend it.

I had an amazing experience with the customer service provided by Edgar, a crew member at the restaurant. He was friendly, professional, and very attentive. The service was excellent, and he took the time to ensure that my order was correct before I left.

As I started to drive away, I checked the bag and realized that the cream for my coffee wasn't included. I pulled back up to the window, where a very attentive and incredibly charming female manager greeted me and asked how she could help. I mentioned that there was no cream for my coffee, and she smiled, apologized, and handed me a small paper bag with the cream and a stirrer. She was very pleasant, and even gave me a voucher for my next visit. I drove off with a huge smile, looking forward to coming back. Once I arrived at work and opened my coffee cup, I discovered that there was indeed cream already in my coffee—just the right amount! The young man must have prepared it perfectly, so there was no need for extra cream after all. I hope he receives great recognition for his service. And that wonderful manager definitely deserves praise for her professionalism in handling the situation. By the way, both the breakfast burger and the coffee were delicious. You really made my morning!
