Alberto's Mexican Food - Ontario

The cashier was so rude, not one thing from my 50 dollar order was right. Very disappointed in the lady and this food. Never coming here again.

Service at the front was speedy. Just us and another couple there so food only took about 2-5 minutes to come out. It was air conditioned inside as it was over 100 degrees the day we came but still a great choice for lunch.

I have seen this chain for several years but what better way to try it than a Tuesday that just happens to be a 4th of July? I have ADHD so I was a bit overwhelmed at first. So much stuff and hard to focus on the big menu board with no pictures but that's more of a review of me than this place Staff was kind and helpful as I tried to figure it out. She said I ordered too much and she was right but I was good with that Perhaps it is because I got it to go but the food was good but not great. I really did enjoy the shrimp taco and the crunchy beef. The chicken taco while huge just didn't do it for me. The chips and cheese also bummed me out a bit. Way too much money for what it was. All about the busted pay phone outside now that is ambiance So yeah staff here was great, food was decent and I'm grateful I finally got to try it

Highly recommend this place! Favorite spot to go to for asada fries! Never disappoints

Went for the first time in a year and service seems to have improved. Wife ordered the Asada fries and they were very good. I had the taquitos platter and it was not bad but nothing that would make me order again. Overall average experience I would give a 3.5 score.
