Contribuiți la feedbackMy man and I like to come to nina. whenever we get extra money to eat nina is always our choice. they have a thin pizza, just like what they would get in the city. there are pizza like city pizza with the crazyness of the city. there are strombolis absolutely delicious. we always come and try new things and are never disappointed. the owners are very respectful and fashionable. the personal is always respectful and professional. that is a family-friendly restaurant, they are very clean there, also with a hurry they keep it clean. if I could rate ninas million stars, I would. I would go there over any other pizza place in oneonta.
The server didn't know what she was doing. At first we waited half an hour for our food. collect my friend aubergine parm helper instead of chicken parm and she takes a bite and the server comes back and says the kitchen said it was the wrong. they say they do that huh, which lasted another twenty minutes. they refused to keep them both sandwiches, although it would be thrown out anyway. After we had waited for an hour and 30 minutes, everyone who had ordered penne alla vodka was drunk with so much salt that I drank directly from the sea. my other friend also found a hair in her pasta. that was a nightmare that is an understatement. we will never return. only throw away the whole biz
The food was delicious. I had sausage and peppers my wife had pizza. We both said it was the best we have had in town. The waitress was fast efficient and very friendly. We ordered tortellini soup to go and when the cook brought it out he gave my wife a small bowl to have there saying it was extra and he wanted us to enjoy it on the house. The staff are so friendly.
I’m a cook, a baker, and have been a lead pizza cook in my time; I also grew up in NYC and have had pizza up and down both coasts, and all through Italy. This pizza wasn’t bad, but wasn’t good. Fresh, well baked, but average across the board. I can’t say anything bad, but I couldn’t recommend it for a real good pizza. For its region it is probably really good. Above average garlic knots. Staff was real nice and we were in and out in 40 minutes. Saw some bad reviews on cleanliness; I didn’t experience any of that myself, it looked real clean in parts I saw.
I have always loved Nina's pizza and have ALWAYS recommended it as the best pizza in town I live local and I work local so I support local. Ninas has now lost my business. On December 27th, I placed an order at 3:58 pm and I waited 2 and a half hours to receive my food.. at the 2 hour mark I called to let them know that I would be denying my order because it would be too cold and we ordered from somewhere else. The woman on the phone was surprised the order still wasn't there, but said that she would have done the same thing. The order finally showed up and I denied it like I said and called again to let her know. Fast forward to March 13th, I call and I'm told that that I'm on the no order list. This whole time my wife has ordered from there without issue somtimes weekly, but because I called now my wife cannot order either. I couldn't speak to the owner and the person in the background was being rude about it to my wife. I always recommended ninas to my customers, no more. I always order from work with my co workers, no more. This is what happens when you constantly order from one place and always tip well? It's unfortunate because their pizza is really actually good, but customer service is were you need to improve. I couldn't speak to the owner and no one called us. I won't be ordering again and while my orders will not amount to a whole lot, I know that this review should serve as a warning to everyone.
