Subway - Oneida

Today, they informed us that we could have extra meat for an additional charge, and we agreed. However, when the staff member prepared a Subway Melt, she mentioned that the cheese would also cost extra. My daughter pointed out that this seemed unfair, but we weren't sure if we'd end up paying more. In the end, we just paid and left without clarification. I'm curious if this Subway and the ones in Huntsville, TN are managed by the same team because I generally enjoy Subway. However, one of the biggest issues I've noticed is that there often seems to be only one person working, which leads to long wait times.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, and their sandwiches are quite tasty.

The restaurant is clean, and the service is quick.

I hate waiting. I wish they had more help.
