Dairy Queen - Onawa

Not very pleased with my visit, I ordered 2 small cones and a slush took almost an hour just to get to the window (which from what I could tell there was only 2 people working the registars), anyway get to the window person charged my card and then AFTERdecides to tell me the slush machine just broke but could get me something else like a large blizzard. Why couldn't of you toldme it was broke before charging my card? I would of told you to take it off all together and just charge the 2 cones. Veryirritated with the whole situation.

Tables were dirty. Kaschiere-Sundance was skeptical and rude. I guess she doesn't enjoy her job. Shake so thick needed a spoon. it could not be eaten with a jerk.

Dumped blizzards on the head so that they both spill over all the outside cups and I said, see if they don't tap the cup on the head down, it won't spill it that way. she said, oh really too bad have a good night, and I said I'll have weight for the rest of our eating. then they took 18 minutes to give us the food.

The drive thru line moved quickly and the ice we all ordered was all correct. the cone we ordered seemed to be short for a big one and the beats on my Sunday seemed to be shameful. we will be back soon with all this heat!
