Dairy Queen - Onamia

We have been regular customers at the Onamia DQ for several months now, but we have been disappointed that they have not been able to serve Moolattes due to the slush machine being down. Despite this issue, everything else we have ordered has been good. We hope they can fix this problem soon.

I do not recommend coming to this restaurant. Do not waste your money here. They used to be great, but now it seems like everything is going downhill. The ice cream is always melted when they give it to us. They often forget to put toppings on certain items, which shouldn't be the case because other Dairy Queens know how the drinks are supposed to be made. The food is okay, but there have been occasions where it was still frozen.

The restaurant is doing a great job despite staffing challenges during the pandemic. I am always understanding when there is a long line to order or if the hours are not always accurate. The food and ice cream are consistently amazing!

This DQ doesn't even deserve a star my family and I go up north all the time and we will no longer stop at this DQ again . You guys messed up my order 4 times now different occasions. I gave you to many chances today I asked for a mint oreo blizzard andI first asked the lady at the window to add a little bit more mint because it didn't even look like they had any in there andshe refused then I took it and drove a way and realized that it wasn't even oreo at all my wife said it was heath and by thattime we were on the highway and I was not going to turn around. I'm done having my order messed up . I managed a DQ for 3years and my people I managed never messed up this many times and the job isn't that hard.

Yupp haven't been here in year half. Things haven't changed 45$ the blizzards are liquid not even out of parking lot. Couldn't figure out how to ring dilly bars added to the order. Blizzards not tipped upside down wouldn't of passed that test.
