Room was very warm, we were not told that our room is under the pool, and had to use the air con. We didn't want to use the air conditioning anyway, because our children don't exactly sleep under the air conditioning when the room is 30 degrees. If you left the door open all night, the room was still 24 degrees. The children really enjoyed the playroom and the swimming pool. Rooms: 1

The room was very dirty, there was urine and pubic hair on the toilet seat. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. When reported to reception, the toilet was cleaned immediately. Stains and cobwebs on the wall and ceiling. There were all kinds of dirty tissues under the bed. It was hot in the room and there was a lot of noise. The swimming pool/sauna area is filthy, smells bad and has mold everywhere. The sunbeds outside are broken or covered in bird droppings. The shampoo/shower gel had run out and the showers were either cold or hot.
