Dairy Queen - Omak

Fast and nice service. Fries were a little salty though.

For a fast food burger before buying food Dairy Queen is best for easier on my stomach. It also saves on my food bill. Service is okay and yes, if I'm friendly, they are definitely. Even if they are very busy and under pressure. I think customer service goes both ways and makes both parties a better day. Thanks for being here for us. I agree that you should not calculate for required sauces, but often ask a free handful without customers can hurt a business and most of it ends in the garbage. Perhaps to satisfy both business and customers, it would be best to ask the customer first. Just for a handful of napkins for a hamburger.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant's drive-thru. Despite placing a specific order, the staff did not listen and got it completely wrong. It's disappointing that the customer is not always right here. Instead of giving me what I asked for, they downsized my order. This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable. I don't think I will be returning to this location anytime soon.

I tried the brownie salted toffee blizzard, but I still think the turtle blooming is the best. My husband prefers the peanut-buster parfait.

Went today and got 2 6pc. Chicken strip baskets. We ordered extra gravy with both since 1 isn't enough. We were charged for each extra gravy but didn't receive any. Got home and meals were ruined because we didn't have enough gravy.
