Ya Hala Mediterranean - Omaha

Would love to leave a review about their food but I never received it (delivery order thru DoorDash). Instead this will be about poor customer service. I ordered thru DoorDash at 8:14pm on a Sunday well before the cutoff AND closing time. The order was confirmed. I received TWO notifications that a Dasher was at the restaurant waiting for my order at approximately 8:40pm. At 9:10pm, I get a phone call that the order has been CANCELED AND THE RESTAURANT IS NOW CLOSED. DoorDash says they may have been out of items, etc but I have ALWAYS gotten a call from any other restaurant letting me know if there's an issue and if I would like to substitute or cancel LONG BEFORE THE RESTAURANT CLOSES. I will NEVER patronize nor will I EVER recommend this establishment.

My wife and I have been a couple of times now and have always really liked the food. The Chicken Shawarma Plate has been my favorite entree so far, and the baklava are home-made and quite good. Nice place to get a good Mediterranean/Levantine meal, would recommend to others.

This was abslotuley Incredible! Hubby made the garlic Naan at home.Everything we ordered tasted excellent!جزاكم الله خير

Fantastic food the guy running this place is very friendly I have eaten there 4 times excellent food lamb kebab is very tasty

Great friendly service with amazing food I highly recommend The beef kebab and chicken kebab were very tasty Shawarma is also excellent, the Falafel had a wonderful texture, the rice were very tasty and the pita was the best I've had in America. Can't wait to go back
