Subway - Omaha

Subs were good. The service was great. The pizza? Eh. Should definitely stick to subs. I thought with the ingredients there, it would be good, but it's not the same as a pizza place.

Food was good fresh .... Customer service not so good ... So there this young guy there asks me can I help you I say yes I asked what was the price for a tuna foot long meal he tells me he didn 't know walks away and continues to help someone else how rude was that ..... But other than that the food was good another young guy helped he was a good team player ...

My order was for an Italian Bmt and a Cali turkey salad. Picked up the order, made the assumption it was right. Got home and wrong sandwich and my Cali salad was missing the bacon, mozzarella and avocado. Called the store to talk to manager and was told not there and they didn't know when they would be in. Will never order from this store again!

I used to work here at this subway as well as many others In Omaha Nebraska and customer service was a top priority to us. There customer service is horrible the female that helped us was very very rude, I live near here and I love subway but I will not be coming back here. Very disappointed specially after paying over 28$ for one footling and a six in. Come on subway worldwide franchise and having employees that don't want to be there or treat the customers right so they keep coming back is not a good look

Ordered sandwiches and ate there they were awesome just like we asked for with lots of ingredients. Then we ordered 2 more to go. Friendly customer service and great food. Will definitely return.
