Scooter's Coffee - Omaha

There is one staff member here who opens the window without saying a word and just waits for you to place your order. It seems like she doesn't want to be there at all! If you don't have the right attitude for the barista job, you might want to consider a different line of work. I usually go to the 120th location because the service there is consistently friendly, and the staff is always welcoming! Don’t get me wrong; there are some lovely employees at this location who are really nice! However, this one individual really diminishes the experience for me.

Scooters is my favorite spot, especially this location. The customer service is always friendly, and my iced coffee tastes amazing every time. Doris, the barista, is the sweetest! She definitely deserves a raise!

I don't hardly ever say anything negative unfortunately this trip it took them 3 times to make vanilla cold brew and I finally gave up and just took it, it definitely was not what I wanted

My favorite coffee shop in Omaha for a quick caffeine fix! They have a fantastic selection of drinks, and you can add supplements like protein to your smoothies for just 50 cents. Plus, their smoothies are lower in fat than those from fast food chains. They also have a few food options available. The baristas work really hard and are always friendly. Having worked as a barista myself in the past, I can appreciate their efforts. Don't forget to tip! Tips are crucial for baristas, much like they are for servers and bartenders. I’ve always had a great experience at any Scooters around town. Just a heads up—if you plan to go in the morning, make sure to leave early to avoid the longer lines!

I just went thru here and ordered a medium latte. My cup was only 3/4 full and not very warm. Horribly disappointing. Waited 10 minutes in line just to realize the girls were chatting at another window the whole time. 2 weeks later I went back. Badcustomer service! Made wrong size drink. I went there tonight to get something. Different worker on duty. Busy chatting out theother window. Never took my order.
