If you want to close early sure go for it but at least update your hours so potential customersdon?t waste their time driving to you.
We have been coming here on Sunday's for as long as I can remember. Never had issues until now. Our family loves this place. The older gentleman up front has messed up our order every time and we always have to correct it. Today was the last straw. Notonly is he always rude, did he doesn't listen to your order, and today he charged us for an additional order . While trying toexplain to him what is wrong, he snatched the receipt out of my hand, he throws his things down, hands us $9 when he owes us $12and tells us to get out of here. He was very disrespectful and clearly had no business being the face of your company. Then thelady behind us had an issue with him. He didn't ring it up correctly and told her she didn't pay for what she asked because herang it up wrong.
It used to be a fantastic place, but unfortunately, the service and the attitude of the staff have been declining for over a year now. It's not worth the trouble when I could easily go to Teriyaki Express, which is just 10 minutes away.
They closed at 6:30, even though their hours state they close at 7. The last time I visited, the chicken was below standard, and now they're closing much too early. I was willing to give a long-established restaurant a chance, but the quality has declined, and now it's nearly impossible for me to grab your food after work. It's disappointing. The service has been very unsatisfactory.
While walking through the mall, I couldn't help but notice the consistently long line at Sarku Japan. I hadn't eaten all day and decided to give it a try. I also saw that by downloading their app, I could save $5. I went ahead and downloaded the app and completed the registration, only to find out that they were no longer accepting app orders for the day. So be cautious—around 6 PM, you can't place orders through the app at this location. Unfortunately, I missed out on the $5 savings, but it was still worth it. A tip for anyone who's hungry: you might want to pay a little extra for more chicken and vegetables!
