Panera Bread - Omaha

We went there in the night of the 5th nov. the place looked like he had been smashed. müll all over, pop all over the counter, coworkers standing around, but told us they wouldn't take our order and we had to use the kiosk. no plastic utensils for our food and when we asked for some, they gave the 3 of us 1 spoon. the drink station was disgusting. no tables were wiped. When we finally got our food, the suppe was cold. I have asked the integrity of the whole. dead insects on the wooden window strips, it was the worst experience I had in very long time. I never complain and usually have a lot of gnade for dinge, but there was no excuse for it. especially if the staff were either standing around or running on the parking lot to visit with friends who moved in. we see that people also leave the journey through the excitement.

Every time I go to this panera, they're messing up my order. Breakfast sandwich with rührei and speck, the egg is over easy. the next time it's scattered, but it's thrown. leave items from my delivery order, for which I pay higher menu prices. each sandwich comes with chips or baguette as how to seal a bag closed with just one sandwich in it? the input on the front says chips. 5 small items in a row, 0 correct.

Are incredibly small, spent $20 on an salat soup and smoothie, I knew it would be pricier, but the caesar salat was a half full bottle salat with 3 croutons, the suppe was great just a little small. sa in the trip threw well over 30 minutes, although only the third wait to order and was consumed by bugs presumably from the plants outside while I wait. the service in the window was present and the service at the loudspeaker was great.

I always ordered the madagaskar vanille latte and it was always good, but today I got the worst ever. my drink came without taste of coffee or vanilla taste, I took the first swallow and I thought I was wrong, but after the 3rd swallow, I felt like I was drinking hot pure milk. I brought my drink back into the load and asked if I could have made my drink new, the dame was very nice and friendly, after a few minutes waiting I got it done, but then I figured out that it was the same cup (because my lipstick spot is still on the lid,) she never again the drink for me, they only warmed it up and added some milk foam to it. it still tastes like milk. Apparently this is my last time in panera bread!

This Panera location was very busy but still had a good variety of bagels left. They even refreshed all the coffees in the lobby really quickly. The food was really tasty especially the 4 cheese souffle. It was right at 11 so the switch over from breakfast to lunch and everything was still prepared quickly.
