Observatory And Grill - Omaha

I visited this bar and grill for the first time after being invited by my realtors, who helped me purchase a home. They served delicious pies, and I enjoyed about three Colorado Bulldogs. The manager was my server, and she was really friendly; she came over to me before I even sat down to see if I needed anything. On top of all that, my daughter drove me there with my grandson, and we had a great time!

We used to love this place for game days, but unfortunately, we had a few bad experiences in the past year, particularly tonight. Our group of seven came in on a Friday evening to celebrate Veterans Day. We ordered pitchers, individual beers, shots, mixed drinks, and played darts, keno, and Golden Tee. Around 12:15 AM, a bartender with very red hair was extremely rude to us, basically trying to kick us out at that time (we have video evidence of this incident). We left shortly after, around 12:15 AM. We would be willing to share the video if needed, but we hope management will look into this issue. I can provide the footage of the poor service upon request.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I've only visited twice, but I'm definitely planning to come back every Taco Tuesday. They have the best tacos in town. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I visited for lunch on a Wednesday and found the restaurant quite empty, with only about ten patrons. The service was prompt, and the food was enjoyable. However, the TV was a bit too loud for a lunch setting where people prefer to converse.

Fantastic laid-back bar perfect for watching the game and playing darts!
