Kfc - Omaha

Horrible bathroom cleanliness. Mold growing on the toilets. Service was slow. They didn't have what I ordered so I needed to change it. I won't be back.

This location suffers from a variety of issues: inconsistent quality of food to inconsistent service. The worst visit I had, the chicken was seriously overcooked (had a burnt taste), was dry and seemed old and reheated. At least twice, the chicken that I purchased was not even evident of being KFC recipe...no similarity in appearance or taste. I now drive to 87th Maple and am always impressed with the food and service. The 30th street location should close, cleanup, andretrain staff and find competent management.

Went here to order food the lady was rude and rushed us through our order,, after that we got to the window she told us the total and took the 10$ bill which was ripped a little,, came back and said she couldn?t take the bill which I?ve never heard of, went right across the street to burger king who gladly took the bill. Disappointing

The service was good at ordering, but they had kept us waiting for more than 5 minutes for 2 famous original chicken sandwiches so we thought they would be fresh. (They should cook since their order. ? they got them well 8 minutes later and both were stone. this place has to work to eat fresh and give harder waiting times.

Good service, but this location has the hill for a because cold kartoffels rubbery buck with skin that feels like her chewing on rocks. I would definitely recommend to another kfc
