Fantastic Mongolian bbq. fast service, high quality ingredients, and quite literally foolish recipes they can not go wrong. while they can make several plates, it is just as good to eat a dish or many. very friendly and welcoming

After booking about my experience with an online order that was not pleasant on 5/28. the district manager had offered a conversation with me apologised for the situation to correct the situation via gift cards. the true sincerity of him came out when he said that he was more about us than customers, then looking for a way to update or remove the 1 star review. herr james, the dm, is a true example of how the lead should be. many thanks for their extreme professionalism!

Our waiter was named Jared, and my husband and I absolutely adored him. He has a smile that lights up the room and a great personality. We wish he could be our waiter every time we visit. Many compliments to Jared!

I placed an order for a Friday evening meal for delivery between 5:30-6:00 pm, but it never arrived. By 5:00 pm, I assumed my order had been canceled. I attempted to call, but no one answered. Their website indicated that both locations were closed until Sunday. This was very disappointing as I had promised my children dinner that night. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I rate them 0/10. Thank you for making me look bad in front of my children.

First time ever at HuHot...the staff went over the top and made my visit very enjoyable...I have soy allergies and they made sure I had the right sauce and noodles...thank you so much!
