Applebee's - Omaha

The only saving gnade at this place was our bartender/water zeke. he did our night. he took care of us and made sure it was right! zeke, you deserve a resurrection! from the moment we came in, waited over six people for placement. the hostess tried her the best while a man could not be harassed to help, not she spent over six minutes dressing the bar seats on the bar. Yes, I understand it was a busy night, but seriously care about the bathroom. in the ladies room there are literally kots on the floor in the one stall not illuminated with toilet paper. when one told about the bad situation, the waitress and the busy manager did not seem to be disturbed, nor did they immediately address it. the food left something to wish. the rice for the fiesta huhn was terrible as it was a Chinese rice. also said rice was a mixture of old boiled and new boiled rice. the nativity was overcooked.

One of the worst experiences of my life eating out. The hostess that sat us was rude. Our waitress didn 't see us for almost twenty minutes, with my entire party locking eyes with her multiple times. Let alone her stating matter of factly that her shift was thankfully over soon. Took twenty minutes for drinks, and refills...took at least ten minutes to get. Never once were we asked if our food was good, or if we needed anything else. Doubt I will come back here, ever.

Run far far far away from this location. We ordered pick-up and everything we ordered was cold and under cooked. My cheese burger was cold, fries were cold in the center, and my husband's steak was so raw I had to fry it to rare.

The service was terrible. I go out for dinner quite often and this was probably the worst service ever. Waited for 12 minutes before we were ever offered a drink. Did not even bring out water. Then once we finally got to order, it took forever to get our order and server never came back. I asked for the Manager to complain and she made me feel like she was annoyed that I was complaining. No apology, just asked where we were seated and stated she would check on our food. No offering for a discount but again most importantly no apology. As much as I use to like Applebees, this will be my absolutely last visit. Just have never ever received such bad service.

Microwaved Sirloin Steak. Tasted like a frozen dinner. I love Applebee's and haven't been able to eat out in years. So I finally decided to treat myself on New Year's Eve. Ordered 8oz sirloin with shrimp parm topping. Side of Broccoli and loaded mash potatoes. To go. The steak had no fried or grill marks. It was gray, rubbery, and over cooked (asked for med rare, got well done). I am sure it was microwaved. In the past their steaks were thick. This was less than a quarter inch thickness, not sirloin. The broccoli was so mushy that I had to scoop because it would break apart if I stuck fork in it. The only thing I ended up eating was the potatoes. Very disappointed for $20. If I had eaten there it would not have been like that. Seems like they think they can get away with it since it was take out. And at the time I went they were not busy. Never again unfortunately. I never complain either but this was the worst I ever had anywhere. Called to talk to manager and got hung up on 2x and I didn't even complain then, just asked to talk to manager. Manager never came to phone. Thought about calling corporate but that is not something I do. So leaving my experience in rating.
