As I was checking out I asked to complain formally to customer service, they told me that likely this person had a 'medical condition ' that kept them from wearing a mask and that they dont bother regulars about it because it 's a 'HIPAA violation '. The CDC and health experts have made it clear that no such health issues exist that keep individuals from wearing a mask. Secondly, it is NOT a HIPAA violation to require customers to provide more than their word to prove their health is more important than that of others, this is a policy choice. As well, why is the value of one customer 's alleged health condition more important than that of ALL others? Why is one person allowed to not wear a mask and potentially spread virus all throughout the store? And why is this the only store with this kind of backwards policy? No other store has problems turning away non-mask wearing customers. Whole Foods needs to enforce a mask policy as cases are on the rise, or risk being held responsible for exposing customers for the sake of allowing certain customers, based on their word alone, to walk around unmasked and exposing others. It is appaling that they cant enforce a policy necessary to keep customers and employees safe during a pandemic. I will not be back here! They lost my business so long as masks arent actually MANDATORY.
When are the original brioche buns going to be back?!? The ones made in France. The ones you are replacing them with suck! Just being honest. When?!?
Always wonderful! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Didn't require me to wear a face mask because of my medical condition.
This is by far the worst While Foods. Everyone seems too busy to help a prime customer. The men in front of the fresh pasta were too busy talking about movies to help a customer. The front person who picked up the fresh pasta for me clearly was pissed that I bothered her. It feels like No Frills to me. Shame on you Amazon!!!
Dairy department needs work. Time before last I went all the yogurt was about expired. Had 0-3 days left on it. Me and another lady were there for 10 minutes picking up the every yogurt in the place turning it over and looking at the dates and none was good. We both walked away empty handed. The time I went this weekend they were completely out of unsweetened soy milk on the shelves. I had to call to the guy in back of the shelves and ask him to put some out. They only stock one brand. There was only one brand of unsweetened creamer and that was out stock too. Know your customers and understand the keto and low carb trend means people do not want extra sugar. You should have several kinds of unsweetened soy milk and sugar free coffee creamer and maintain the stock on the shelves. Kroger and Hyvee both manage to do it and they are not even health food stores. Having to go to a different grocery store to get just milk is my biggest grocery shopping pet peeve. Unsweetened coconut and rice and almond milk are not substitutes btw bc they have 0-2 grams of protein per serving. So do not think customers will substitute. If you cannot stock basics you will lose customers.
