Ate their best seller with tomato soup. Almost swallowed a strand of hair. Staff took care of me and told me they had a batch that had hairs on it. Nasty

The quality of the food was good enough, prices just feel a bit much considering it's basically a cheese sandwich i could pull off with a quick trip to the local deli We got the mac and cheese sandwich, a mac and cheese side and the mac and cheese appetizer. They didn't scrimp on the cheese, the bread was fluffy and toasty, and their timing on the toast was perfect, not an inch of burnt bread. Chips and accompanying sauces were good complements, plus the staff were knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive.

Recommended to order: Bacon Mac Grilled Cheese (P395) ???? We also ordered the Parmesan chicken alfredo (P350-reg) and their Aglio Oglio (P315-reg) which has a light spicy kick! Would also like to commend the staff in the shang branch, awesome service! Food: 4/5 Value for money: 4/5

If there is one thing I am actually blessed with, that is being able to discover this place and even became friends with the owners.Chessie and James Torres really made sure that everything on the menu is gonna be cheesy, delicious, generous in serving and affordable. The Grilled Cheese Sandwiches can be good for sharing or just eat it by yourself if you are just really hungry, love cheese or can be both. One slice can be filling especially if you order the heavier ones like Bacon Mac and Cheese or the Philly Cheesesteak. Also, the Pastas are really good and not gonna give you that umay feeling.The coffee they serve is also better than those cafes around the mall especially the Melbourne Magic. And they also got some pastries from Mary and Eucel which for me are the best cheesecakes! Some would say that its expensive but at least I am so sure that I am eating something that is not just sweet but also filling especially that they are generous with either oreos or pecans even!The ambiance is like your dream living room or kitchen. And the service, really great! Everyone smiles at you and would even bless you as you leave the place. It really means something especially when you are having a bad day.
