Wetzel's Pretzels - Olympia

Disappointing! I'm not sure what has changed over time, but the quality has plummeted. The artificial butter is unappetizing, and the cheese sauce lacks flavor and is overly runny. I will never return to any Wetzel location. On the plus side, the staff was friendly, fast, and courteous, but quality is more important than service. I ended up getting a refund and left feeling disappointed.

I had the best customer service ever! The pretzels were served fresh out of the oven, making them hot and delicious. The service was also quick and great!

I waited in line to place my order for 10 minutes, and I don't understand why it took so long. They only serve drinks and pretzels, which are pre-packaged. When I was finally ready to order and reached for my debit card, the employee informed me that they weren't accepting cashless transactions. Are you kidding me? Why isn't there a sign to let customers know, so we don't waste our time? It's ridiculous. This was the worst experience I've ever had.

Well just got a bag of salted preazle bits. And thay were chewy and some how raw in the middle as well so I throw them out at the next trash can. I am hungry and still hungry but thay were gross scared to eat the raw dough middle.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Refused to sell a handicap person pretzel bites even though they had the product. Those were for their kiosk and too bad the person couldn't walk that far. Then to say their other manager would tell me to go away and they didn't care about customer service.
